The standard model possesses the ability to tilt from 0 to 105 degrees
in 15 degreee increments, offering 8 fixed tilting positions to fit your
project requirements.

Table Openings For Multiple Configurations

Four (9/16”) slots on the table allow for quick set up of all fixtures while a 3/8" thru hole aids fixture alignment and allows passage for cables, piping, etc. through the spindle.

MIG & TIG READY

Features a 300 amp rotary ground connection with 3/8” NPT tapped thru holes located at each end of the shaft for inert welding gas connections.

REMOTE MAINTAINED FOOT SWITCH

Shipped with remote foot control switch equipped with an 8 ft. cord.
Allows for continuous rotation at set speed and direction. Once turned
on, rotation will continue until pressed again.

3-Jaw Self-Centering Chuck

Table comes standard with tapped holes and clearance are integrated for the optional 3-jaw self-centering scroll chuck (available in 3 sizes), providing added versatility.

Robust construction and a completely enclosed faceplate prevents flux and weld splatter from impairing operation.

CHUCK SIZING OPTIONS :

TILT GEARBOX

Allows for a more precise adjustment range
from 0° to 105°. This option also features a
self-locking worm gear drive.

ROTARY UNION

Optional rotary union option connects to 3/8” NPT tapped hole on the LD4. Allows welding back purge hose to stay free of kinking and twisting.

MOMENTARY ROTATION REMOTE

Momentary foot switch controls turntable on
and off in conjunction with speed setting and direction. Comes Equipped with an 8 ft. cord.
