RACK AND PINION SYSTEM
In addition to the side rollers, the IK-72W Multi-Il employs a rack and pinion system integrated into the rail to provide steady, consistent motion in both horizontal and vertical welds.

Plasma Cutting Kit
This kit comprises a plasma torch clamp and an interface cable. It is designed to seamlessly integrate with air plasma systems equipped with a CPC port, enhancing cutting capabilities.
Oxy-Fuel Cutting Kit
Extends the IK-72W Multi-Il's cutting capabilities to handle material up to 10" thick. This kit includes Koike's premium design Series 100 torch tips to assure fast and seamless cutting operations.
For convenient gas control, an optional Snap Valve can be purchased to provide an easy one-touch on/off system.
Attachable Weaving Unit
Plug-and-play weaving unit can be easily integrated without additional cables, enhancing welding capabilities on the go.
RAIL OPTIONS :
Our rails incorporate the innovative usage of a hard rubber compound, enabling the ability to curve through 2 or 3 panels while a flexible steel tubing along rail centers prevents uneven cutting. Magnetic footing secures the track to plate, enabling vertical usage of machine.
