Turning Welding Rolls
- PU ROLLER: Turning rolls linkage roller has rugged construction for 3000KG/6613 LB load capacity. The surface of the 4 rollers is covered with a layer of polyurethane (PU) material, so that the contact surface of the wheel and the workpiece maintains a greater friction.
- ADJUSTABLE ROLLER FRAME: The roller frame can be used in any combination according to the welding weight and length, making it convenient and flexible to use. This turning rolls linkage roller can be suitable for workpieces with a diameter of 50-2000mm/2"-78". The roller spacing can be adjusted manually according to the diameter of the weldment, by the size of the cylinder itself.
- ADJUSTABLE WORKING SPEED: The speed of rotation can be adjusted as working required, and the speed will be displayed by numbers. Speed Range is 100-1000 mm/min, the wheels can rotate forward and backward.
- Motor Drive: Single motor drive, strong load capacity, good low-speed stability performance. The foot switch can control the operation and stop of the machine.
